The work starts well before the first customers arrive. Volunteers load bulk potatoes into individual servings to be distributed with each share of food
Food arrives in a refrigerated trailer from the main distribution hub and is unpacked and sorted on site.
A congregation member directs the flow of traffic. Serving over 300 shares of food requires lots of planning and organization.
No help is too little. The work force often consists of family members who return every month to assist the effort.
